1. VELIS NIMA
Velis — haydovchili premium avtomobil xizmatini buyurtma qilish platformasi.
Avtomobillar va haydovchilar mustaqil ta'minotchilarga tegishli; Velis
buyurtmani, to'lovni va safar yozuvini boshqaradi.
2. BUYURTMA VA TO'LOV
• Buyurtma faqat to'lovdan keyin tasdiqlanadi. Naqd pul qabul qilinmaydi.
• Narx buyurtma tuzilgan paytda QOTIRILADI. Undan keyin ta'minotchi narxini
o'zgartirsa ham, siz ko'rgan summadan boshqa summa yechilmaydi.
• Ko'rsatilgan summa yakuniy: komissiya narx ichida.
3. BEKOR QILISH VA PUL QAYTARISH
Hech bir haydovchi buyurtmani QABUL QILMASIDAN oldin bekor qilsangiz — istalgan
vaqtda 100% qaytariladi.
Haydovchi qabul qilgandan keyin bekor qilsangiz, safar boshlanishiga qadar:
• 48 soat va undan ko'p qolganda — 100% qaytariladi
• 24–48 soat qolganda — 50% qaytariladi
• 24 soatdan kam qolganda — qaytarilmaydi
Agar HAYDOVCHI yoki ta'minotchi bekor qilsa — 100% qaytariladi.
Agar haydovchi olib ketish joyiga KELMASA — 100% qaytariladi.
MUHIM: Payme va Click da qaytarish avtomatik emas. Talab qabul qilinadi va
odam tomonidan qayta ishlanadi — odatda 24 ish soati ichida.
4. FOYDALANUVCHI MAJBURIYATLARI
• To'g'ri ma'lumot berish
• Boshqa foydalanuvchiga hurmat bilan munosabatda bo'lish
• Avtomobilga zarar yetkazmaslik
• Qonunbuzarlik uchun ishlatmaslik
5. HAYDOVCHILAR UCHUN
• Haqiqiy guvohnoma, texnik pasport va sug'urta taqdim etish
• Hujjatlar tekshiruvdan o'tgach e'lon faollashadi
• Safar davomida joylashuv mijozga uzatiladi
6. JAVOBGARLIK
Velis platforma sifatida ishlaydi. Safar sifati va xavfsizligi uchun birinchi
navbatda ta'minotchi javob beradi. Nizolar ilova ichidagi shikoyat tizimi
orqali ko'rib chiqiladi.
7. SHARTLAR O'ZGARISHI
Shartlar o'zgarsa, ilovada xabar beriladi.

1. ЧТО ТАКОЕ VELIS
Velis — платформа для заказа премиального автомобиля с шофёром. Автомобили и
шофёры принадлежат независимым поставщикам; Velis обеспечивает заказ, оплату и
запись о поездке.
2. ЗАКАЗ И ОПЛАТА
• Заказ подтверждается только после оплаты. Наличные не принимаются.
• Цена ФИКСИРУЕТСЯ в момент оформления заказа. Даже если поставщик потом
изменит свой тариф, с вас спишется ровно та сумма, которую вы видели.
• Показанная сумма окончательная: комиссия уже включена.
3. ОТМЕНА И ВОЗВРАТ
Если вы отменяете заказ до того, как его ПРИНЯЛ какой-либо шофёр, — возврат
100%, в любое время.
Если вы отменяете после того, как шофёр принял заказ, до начала поездки:
• За 48 часов и более — возврат 100%
• За 24–48 часов — возврат 50%
• Менее чем за 24 часа — без возврата
Если отменяет ШОФЁР или поставщик — возврат 100%.
Если шофёр НЕ ПРИЕХАЛ к месту подачи — возврат 100%.
ВАЖНО: в Payme и Click возврат не автоматический. Заявка принимается и
обрабатывается человеком — как правило, в течение 24 рабочих часов.
4. ОБЯЗАННОСТИ ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЯ
• Предоставлять достоверные данные
• Уважительно относиться к другой стороне
• Не повреждать автомобиль
• Не использовать сервис для нарушения закона
5. ДЛЯ ШОФЁРОВ
• Предоставить действующие права, техпаспорт и страховку
• Объявление активируется после проверки документов
• Во время поездки геопозиция передаётся клиенту
6. ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ
Velis выступает как платформа. За качество и безопасность поездки в первую
очередь отвечает поставщик. Споры рассматриваются через систему жалоб в
приложении.
7. ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ УСЛОВИЙ
Об изменении условий мы сообщим в приложении.

1. WHAT VELIS IS
Velis is a platform for booking a premium chauffeured car. The cars and
chauffeurs belong to independent suppliers; Velis provides the booking, the
payment and the record of the trip.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
• A booking is confirmed only after payment. Cash is not accepted.
• The price is FIXED at the moment you book. Even if the supplier changes their
rate afterwards, you are charged exactly the amount you were shown.
• The amount shown is final: commission is already included.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If you cancel before any chauffeur has ACCEPTED the booking — 100% refunded,
at any time.
If you cancel after a chauffeur has accepted, before the trip starts:
• 48 hours or more — 100% refunded
• 24 to 48 hours — 50% refunded
• Less than 24 hours — no refund
If the CHAUFFEUR or supplier cancels — 100% refunded.
If the chauffeur DOES NOT ARRIVE at the pickup point — 100% refunded.
IMPORTANT: refunds through Payme and Click are not automatic. The request is
recorded and processed by a person, normally within 24 working hours.
4. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
• Provide accurate information
• Treat the other party with respect
• Do not damage the vehicle
• Do not use the service to break the law
5. FOR CHAUFFEURS
• Provide a valid licence, vehicle registration and insurance
• Your listing goes live once the documents are reviewed
• During a trip your location is shared with your customer
6. LIABILITY
Velis acts as a platform. The supplier is primarily responsible for the quality
and safety of the trip. Disputes are handled through the in-app complaint
system.
7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You will be notified in the app when the terms change.
